For the reopening of the SELECT HOTEL RIVE GAUCHE and as part of the fight against the epidemic of Covid-19, we have set up a protocol of hygiene and safety evolving with regard to the state of the epidemic and the mandatory regulations for the sector of Hotels, Cafés and Restaurants. We therefore receive our guests in safety conditions in accordance with government recommendations.
- We ask our guests to take all necessary measures immediately if a guest should feel any symptoms of Covid-19. In this case, we will be at his disposal to accompany him in order to preserve his health (doctor and laboratories).
At the reception, the reception is equipped with protective glass. All staff have been trained in barrier procedures and are required to wear masks and wash their hands as often as possible.
Hydro-alcoholic gel is available to our guests in all common areas of the hotel. Disinfectant sprays are also available in the basement toilets for hygienic and contactless disinfection of the toilet base. Masks and mini-bottles of hydro-alcoholic gel can be requested at the reception desk as well as door openers (which are also used to open and press the elevator buttons). Keys are deposited in a dedicated box and disinfected at each deposit on the reception desk.
All rooms and bathrooms as well as common areas and our winter garden are thoroughly cleaned to ensure optimal disinfection. We have also expanded our cleaning procedures to include regular disinfection, several times a day, of door handles, door and elevator buttons, landing switches and stair railings. Keys are placed in a dedicated box when the client leaves and disinfected for each new arrival. Our floor staff has single-use cleaning equipment and CE-approved disinfectant detergents.
We know how important breakfast and/or social time (tea time, delicacies) are. Our Buffet and Tea time will be available in the respect of the barrier gestures with the obligation for our customers to wear mask ans disinfect hands.
